Francis Mead Elementary School
Rebuilt and expanded Francis Mead Elementary School has 22 classrooms and a joint-use field for soccer and baseball on 7.2 acres. The project also includes a new 4,778-square-foot Child Development Center. Mead is part of a two-campus school, Chollas-Mead Elementary School. The other campus, Chollas Elementary School, is an existing school that was modernized under Proposition MM. Opened March 2006
