The Trade Technical College South Campus projects will include two five-story classroom buildings, underground parking and a new athletic field. A demolition ceremony to make room for these projects took place on May 31, 2006. Currently under construction, this two tower project will feature advanced architecture, the use of a broad range of sustainable materials, and is expected to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
