A New Year, New Challenges

It's unclear exactly what 2017 will bring, but it won't be "business as usual." On the one hand, California has raised the bar for its environmental protection efforts, most recently through the passage of SB 32. At the same time, there are indications that federal policies regarding energy and the environment could change significantly. California leadership is needed more than ever, whether on the national or international stage. That leadership is based on steady progress toward targets for emmission reduction, water conservation, clean transportation and more.

The Summit exists to provide information, education, and resources to the professionals most responsible for this progress.
