THE
CALGREEN
SALES ADVANTAGE -
WILL YOU SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY?
California's green building code becomes mandatory
on January 1, 2011 and will affect all new commercial and residential
construction!*
Products that are not compliant with this new code cannot be used in new
building construction.
These comprehensive regulations offer a
blueprint for a new generation of healthy, efficient buildings, with
benefits for occupants as well as for the environment. All newly
constructed residential, commercial, school and hospital buildings must
comply with the new requirements.
Green Technology's CALGreen training, developed in partnership with the
California Building Standards Commission and
the California Department of Housing and Community Development, and
sponsored by the International Code Council, has rapidly emerged as the
most popular and effective introduction to this new code.
Upcoming Green Technology training seminars offer you a unique opportunity
to ensure that your products are first in the minds of building
professionals when the new requirements become law.
Each event will have 100 to 200 professionals in attendance: architects,
engineers, county and municipal building department staff, contractors and
even instructors. They are looking for solutions to specify in their
building designs, construction projects and inspections. The events on the
upcoming calendar will reach an estimated 1500 people - decision makers
from California's building design and construction landscape.
Sponsorship of these half-day events provides you an opportunity to make
your business known in front of a buying public, to interact with these
professionals and to showcase your products and services as CALGreen
compliant.
