Geremia Ventures is an innovative Cooling Fan company committed to redefining energy efficient cooling options in California's homes. Our patent pending product The Whole House Slider Fan is scheduled to launch in the Summer of 2010 and will give a new energy efficiency option to the owners, renters and residents of Multifamily Housing units to cool their homes. The Slider Fan performs in the same manner as a traditional whole house fan but pulling cool exterior air in through an open window or door and exhausting the warm air out through the fan. This cooling technique is a proven method that is used often and efficiently throughout the country, and very notably in California. The difference is that The Slider Fan does not require an attic to vent the warm air out to, and instead exhausts that air directly to the exterior of the residence. Therefore any Multifamily Housing unit with a sliding patio door can now enjoy the same energy efficient benefits of whole house cooling to reduce their air conditioning usage and costs. The Slider Fan's sturdy design allows the sliding door to lock into the unit while also locking into the door frame creating a solid barrier to entry and keeping homes safe. Our design is also very simple and quick to install and does not require any of the headaches involved with installing ceiling fans or traditional whole house fans.
